Caden’s Farm Memorial Fund

Why give?

Every time you give to this fund—whether it’s a direct donation, a purchase from our store, or working with me through Caden’s Farm Fitness—you’re helping to make a difference in the community.

10% of everything Caden’s Farm Fitness earns goes directly to the fund, and 100% of the memorial funds goes to the work it’s meant to do.

From contributing to support baskets to let those who have lost know that they’re not alone, to helping fund the needs of the Kossuth Regional Health Center’s Obstetrics Unit, this fund is here to make a difference, both big and small…because we know how much both matter.

As the Caden’s Farm Memorial Fund grows, we have big dreams for how to make the biggest difference in Caden’s name.

It’s not just a donation.
It’s a legacy.
And we’re so grateful you’re here.

If you’d like to donate to the Caden’s Farm Memorial Fund, here’s how to go about doing that:

  1. Mail your check to: 1515 South Phillips St., Algona, IA 50511 Attn: KRHC Foundation

  2. Make checks payable to: KRHC Foundation and write “Caden’s Farm Memorial Fund” on the memo line.

Upcoming Community Events

  • Speaking Engagements

Caden’s Farm Fitness most recently spoke at the YMCA on nutrition for weight loss! This is just one way that I like to help educate and support members of the community, as well as collaborate with local businesses and other health professionals. The more we work together, the more change we can promote and better outcomes we can create for all.

I speak on various topics like nutrition, fitness, healthy habits, lifestyle choices, mindset tips, stress management, supplement options, body mechanics, postural awareness and prenatal/postpartum fitness.

If you’re interested in having Caden’s Farm Fitness speak at your workplace, make sure to reach out by filling out the contact form.

  • Wave of Light

On October 15th at 7:00 PM (local time), families around the world light candles to honor babies gone too soon. I’m bringing this tradition to our community in hopes of creating a space for remembrance, reflection, and connection.

We’ll be sharing a registration form soon for those who would like their baby’s name included in the program. It will be posted here once it’s ready.

Whether you have experienced loss yourself or know someone who has, we would love to have you join us to show support and receive support! Check out the FAQ’s below for further information. Feel free to contact us below with any questions you may have.

  • EmpowHER Wellness Events

The EmpowHER Wellness Events are a collaboration that myself and pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Nicole Boyle have started in order to help educate and provide resources for our local community on various women’s health topics and services, as well as provide a space to establish a community that helps you to live an empowered and supported life!

EmpowHER events happen on a quarterly basis and the format will vary.

If you want to stay up-to-date on when the next EmpowHER Wellness Event will take place, make sure to click the button below to sign up for my mailing list and be the first to know!

Caden’s Traveling Bears project is a simple but powerful way to honor our angel babies and spread strength, love, and connection into the world with personal hand-painted traveling rocks.

Each rock will have a beautiful design on one side and some information on the meaning plus instructions for continuing their travels on the other. These rocks are placed by myself, my family, and members of the CFF community in everyday places—along trails, near parks, outside hospitals, or even while traveling—anywhere someone might stumble across it when they need it most.

When these rocks are discovered, we’d love for you to take it with you, post a photo to social using the hashtag #cadenstravelingbears, and then continue it's travels by replacing it somewhere meaningful to you. This small act carries the legacy of our angel babies forward, by allowing them to see the world!

At our annual Wave of Light event, families will also have the chance to paint their own rocks—many choosing to write their baby’s name on them as a beautiful way to honor and share their memory. These will be placed in the community, creating a ripple effect of remembrance, strength, and hope.

Because our angels deserve to be seen, spoken of, and carried forward!
