Personal Training
You’re juggling a lot. Whether you’re deep in the trenches of motherhood, navigating a new season after loss, or simply trying to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else—showing up for your health can feel like one more thing on your list.
That’s where I come in.
At Caden’s Farm Fitness, personal training isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s not about rigid routines or checking every box perfectly. It’s about honoring your body, your life, and your capacity—and building real, sustainable strength in the process.
When you work with me, we take a personalized approach. Every training program I create is built around you—your schedule, your goals, your postpartum needs (whether you’re 6 months or 6 years out), and the season of life you’re in. We’ll focus on functional strength, long-term progress, and realistic wins…not perfection.
We train with purpose. We extend grace. We normalize self-care. And we celebrate every step forward—big or small. Let’s do this!
Whether you prefer to train in person, on your own time at home, or something in between—I’ve got options that meet you where you’re at.
Every program includes personalized coaching and intentional support, because real strength doesn’t come from a copy-and-paste plan. It comes from a plan built for you.
In-Person 1:1 Training
For those who are local and want that one-on-one, in-person connection, this option includes private training sessions at my gym space. Each visit is tailored to your goals and guided by a posture, movement and/or mobility analysis (performed at the beginning so we start off right).
You can choose between 30- or 60-minute sessions and various packages sizes to schedule what works best for you. Between sessions, you’ll also have 24/5 direct coach access and be part of the supportive client community.
Small Group Training
If you’re craving expert support and the energy of a small community, this is the perfect fit. Small group training offers the structure of coached workouts with the motivation and connection of training alongside 2–3 other women in a similar season of life.
Groups meet twice per week in person and each 45-minute session is programmed to help you build strength, improve confidence, and show up consistently—without overthinking what to do or how to do it. Also, this is the MOST affordable and cost-effective way to work together and still receive high-quality coaching and accountability.
You’ll get hands-on guidance during every session, access to the client community, and 24/5 coach support through the messaging app.
This option is especially great if you want real-time technique feedback, accountability, and a little fun + camaraderie along the way!
Online Training
If you're not local or simply prefer the convenience of working out at home (in the cracks of your day between work, naps and nursing, or school pickup), this one’s for you. Online coaching gives you a fully personalized fitness and lifestyle program, designed around your schedule, equipment, goals and preferences, and delivered through the Trainerize app. A key component is the form review videos that you will submit to me throughout the week, which allow me to provide feedback on form, ensure exercises are performed safely, and progress, regress, or modify the programming accordingly.
Additionally, you’ll get access to habit coaching (including nutrition + lifestyle support), posture, movement and/or mobility analysis via video submission, 24/5 direct coach access, and access to the client community.
This is where we focus on building strength your way—with flexibility, accountability, and grace.
Alternative options available upon request.
Hybrid Training
A perfect blend of flexibility and face-to-face. With hybrid training, you’ll receive the full online coaching experience plus a monthly in-person session to walk through the upcoming program block, review form and answer questions, make adjustments, and reconnect with your goals.
This is ideal for the busy mama who prefers training at home or on her own schedule—but also values that monthly in-person session to stay grounded, feel supported in real life, and receive extra accountability.
It truly is the best of both worlds!
Done-For-You Programs
Need something even more flexible? I occasionally offer (upon request) DFY programming for women who want a fully built 6–8 week plan without ongoing support. It’s custom-created for your goals and lifestyle, and once it’s delivered—it’s yours to work through at your own pace!
Want a deeper breakdown of the exercises and structure? You can also add a 1:1 Zoom walkthrough to feel totally confident diving in. If this approach feels right for you, still make sure to fill out the application by clicking the button above!

I work exclusively with women—many of whom are in the postpartum or motherhood stage, but you don’t have to be a new mama to work with me. If you’re craving strength, connection, and support in this season of life, you’re in the right place.
-
That’s exactly why this kind of support exists. I don’t expect perfection—ever. Life with littles (or just life in general), can get, what I like to call…“lifey”. My approach focuses on showing up in the grey or messy middle—doing what you can, when you can, and building strength through consistency over perfection. Your health is not all-or-nothing. Progress matters more than rigid schedules or unsustainable perfection. One set is better than none!

Because I see you as a whole person. I don’t do cookie-cutter plans or “one-size-fits-all” workouts. Every program is personalized to your goals, your lifestyle, and how your body moves today. I’m also trained in prenatal and postpartum fitness, corrective exercise, and movement mechanics, which means I’ll help you rebuild strength safely and intentionally. You’ll have someone in your corner who gets it—and who lives this, too. (Yep—I even have my own personal trainer, because I believe in practicing what I preach.)
-
Yes! If you're looking for a more independent option, I offer done-for-you (DFY) programs by request. These are custom 6–8 week training plans designed just for you. Once it's delivered, it's yours to follow at your own pace. You can also add a 1:1 Zoom walkthrough to help you feel confident getting started.
-
Habit coaching is where we zoom out and look at the whole picture—movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, self-care, mindset, and more. It’s built into my hybrid and online coaching options and helps you create sustainable routines that actually work with your life. We’ll set goals together, talk through barriers, and build a plan that feels doable. (And if you’re not quite ready for habit coaching, you can always opt out and stick with personal training/programming only.)
-
Pricing varies depending on the level of support you’re looking for (in-person, hybrid, or fully online), whether you’re including habit coaching or not, and package size (duration/sessions). Once you fill out the application, I’ll be able to recommend the best fit and we’ll go over all the details on our call—no pressure, just real conversation about what works for you.
