Personal Training

You’re juggling a lot. Whether you’re deep in the trenches of motherhood, navigating a new season after loss, or simply trying to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else—showing up for your health can feel like one more thing on your list.

That’s where I come in.

At Caden’s Farm Fitness, personal training isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s not about rigid routines or checking every box perfectly. It’s about honoring your body, your life, and your capacity—and building real, sustainable strength in the process.

When you work with me, we take a personalized approach. Every training program I create is built around you—your schedule, your goals, your postpartum needs (whether you’re 6 months or 6 years out), and the season of life you’re in. We’ll focus on functional strength, long-term progress, and realistic wins…not perfection.

We train with purpose. We extend grace. We normalize self-care. And we celebrate every step forward—big or small. Let’s do this!

Whether you prefer to train in person, on your own time at home, or something in between—I’ve got options that meet you where you’re at.

Every program includes personalized coaching and intentional support, because real strength doesn’t come from a copy-and-paste plan. It comes from a plan built for you.

In-Person 1:1 Training

For those who are local and want that one-on-one, in-person connection, this option includes private training sessions at my gym space. Each visit is tailored to your goals and guided by a posture, movement and/or mobility analysis (performed at the beginning so we start off right).

You can choose between 30- or 60-minute sessions and various packages sizes to schedule what works best for you. Between sessions, you’ll also have 24/5 direct coach access and be part of the supportive client community.

Online Training

If you're not local or simply prefer the convenience of working out at home (in the cracks of your day between work, naps and nursing, or school pickup), this one’s for you. Online coaching gives you a fully personalized fitness and lifestyle program, designed around your schedule, equipment, goals and preferences, and delivered through the Trainerize app. A key component is the form review videos that you will submit to me throughout the week, which allow me to provide feedback on form, ensure exercises are performed safely, and progress, regress, or modify the programming accordingly.

Additionally, you’ll get access to habit coaching (including nutrition + lifestyle support), posture, movement and/or mobility analysis via video submission, 24/5 direct coach access, and access to the client community.

This is where we focus on building strength your way—with flexibility, accountability, and grace. Alternative options available upon request.

Hybrid Training

A perfect blend of flexibility and face-to-face. With hybrid training, you’ll receive the full online coaching experience plus a monthly in-person session to walk through the upcoming program block, review form and answer questions, make adjustments, and reconnect with your goals.

This is ideal for the busy mama who prefers training at home or on her own schedule—but also values that monthly in-person session to stay grounded, feel supported in real life, and receive extra accountability.

It truly is the best of both worlds!

Movement Foundations Series

The Movement Foundations Series is a personalized, in-depth 2-part assessment designed to help you better understand how your body moves, where you may be compensating, and what you need to feel stronger and more confident in your workouts.

This series is for NEW clients and includes two in-person assessment sessions followed by a virtual results review, where we break everything down together in a clear, easy-to-understand way. We’ll assess your foundational movement patterns, mobility, and any areas that may be limiting your progress or contributing to discomfort.

You’ll receive individualized feedback and practical recommendations you can apply right away—whether you’re training on your own, moving into Small Group Training, or thinking about ongoing coaching.

The Movement Foundations Series can be booked as a stand-alone service if you’re wanting an option for getting started, but is also the required first step for anyone joining Small Group Training, ensuring safer programming and better results for everyone.

Small Group Training

If you're craving expert support and the energy of a small community, small group training might be the perfect fit. You'll receive personalized coaching while enjoying the motivation, accountability, and camaraderie of training alongside other women in a similar season of life. Here are your options:

Small Group Training: Recruit a Friend (always available)

Complete the Movement Foundational Series, then invite a friend to train together. These 60-minute sessions are scheduled around your availability during my regular training hours. You will have access to the CFF Client Community as well as directly to me throughout the week.

Seasonal Small Group Program: "Workin' Out With Mamas" Next Available: January–March, 2027

Yearly I run a small group program, "Workin' Out With Mamas" for four women that has consistent training days and times, and a supportive group atmosphere designed to help you build momentum and stay consistent. You will have access to the CFF Client Community.

No matter which option you choose, sessions are programmed with the intention to help you build strength, move with confidence, and take the guesswork out of your workouts.

Small group training is also the most affordable way to work with me while still receiving high-quality hands-on coaching, individualized feedback, accountability, encouragement and fun, while building friendships with women who understand the season you're in.

Done-For-You Programs

Need something even more flexible? I occasionally offer (upon request) DFY programming for women who want a fully built 6–8 week plan without ongoing support. It’s custom-created for your goals and lifestyle, and once it’s delivered—it’s yours to work through at your own pace!

Want a deeper breakdown of the exercises and structure? You can also add a 1:1 Zoom walkthrough to feel totally confident diving in. If this approach feels right for you, still make sure to fill out the application by clicking the button above!

  • “Cassi has a way of knowing exactly what I need—not just physically, but emotionally. I used to feel like I had to ‘do it all’ to make progress, but she’s taught me that small steps matter, grace is powerful, and showing up imperfectly still counts. This is the most sustainable I’ve ever felt with fitness.”

  • “Every program is built for me—not generic, not copy-pasted. Cassi listens. She adapts when life gets crazy, and I never feel like I’ve ‘failed’ if I miss a workout. She gets what it’s like to be a mom trying to do something for yourself again.”

  • “I came in expecting workouts and left with so much more. Cassi’s approach feels like a conversation with someone who gets it. I’ve started to trust my body again and see myself as strong, not just physically, but in how I move through the world.”
